Service Description

Over this period of deep soul work, you will experience transformation on an energetic level and connect more to your mind, body and spirit. You will uncover your true self and what your heart truly desires in all aspects of your life. Together, we undo programming and conditioning while being aware of the ego, inner critic and karmic patterns. I give you the tools to help slow down your mind through a guided meditation channelled just for you and journaling prompts. Cancellation Policy

For a 1:1 appointment please give at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. When committing to a coaching container there is self-responsibility to show up on the day and time that is scheduled. If you are unable to make it, Amanda will do her best to accommodate your needs.
