Cancellation Policy
To ensure your safety and comfort, please read the following terms and conditions before booking: 1. Health & Safety * The sauna is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, infectious diseases, or other serious health issues. * Please consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure whether sauna or healing is suitable for you. * You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, medications, or injuries prior to the session. 2. Before & During the Session * Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, or heavy meals before your appointment. * Hydration is essential, please drink water before, during, and after your sauna. * If at any point during the sauna you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or unwell, please exit immediately and notify your practitioner. * Modesty towels are provided. Bathing suits are optional. 3. After the Session * Allow time to rest and rehydrate following your sauna and healing. * You may experience emotional or physical release; this is a natural part of the healing process. * It is your responsibility to listen to your body and take care after your session. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling * Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your booking fee. * If you are unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. 5. Liability While every care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in sauna and healing sessions is at your own risk. 6.
